Ilog ko, Bilay ko tan Aroen ko
- To institutionalize the preservation, protection and conservation of our environment thru our River Systems via implementation of various plans and programs.
- To conduct periodic dredging of the existing river systems in Mangaldan.
- To conduct continuous monitoring and evaluation on the progress of the program.
5 Day Reflexology Training
- A five- day training on reflexology was sponsored by the municipality last August 2-6, 2010 at the Old Conference Room of the Municipal Building. The training was carried out by the LGU through the Gender and Development Council and the Technical Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Lingayen, Pangasinan as its implementing agencies.
